The permanent improvement of the product quality is the philosophy of our business, the key to increase of the product competitiveness and the guarantee of the steady profit. In order to secure the stable quality of the hardware and to increase the competitiveness of enterprise and to satisfy the customers, Management Quality System (MQS) was created and put into operation in accordance with the requirements of MS ISO 9000.
Stages of creation and introduction of MQS:
1998:
In accordance with the President's Decree No.268 from 20.05.98 "About raise of the production competitiveness domestically produced" the leadership of the enterprise made a decision about creation of the subdivision, whose main direction of work became administration of Management Quality System of the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of the international standards ISO 9000.
1999-2000:
Studying of the international standards of the version 1994, training of the specialists in management quality system studying of the international standards of the ISO version 2000.
2001:
The leadership of the republican unitary enterprise "Rechitsa metizny plant" made a decision to develop and to introduce the quality management system "Design and manufacture of the hardware" in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001.
The policy and goals in the field of quality of the enterprise, documented procedures, that describe the activity of the subdivisions in MQS of R.U.E. "Rechitsa metizny plant" were worked out.
2002:
In December 2002 Management Quality System on "Design and manufacture of hardware" was certified for conformity with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001 in the National system. The Conformity Certificate No. BY/112 05.0.0.0185 was received on 30.12.2002, which is valid till 30.12.2008.
2005:
The enterprise successfully made a second certification of MQS for conformity with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001 and at the same time the Certificate for Management Quality System in the German system of certification TGA was received, which is valid till 30.12.2008.
In 2005 the enterprise became the laureate of the Government's Prize "For Achievements in the Field of Quality" for the introduction of high-efficient methods of management and on this basis for securing of the competitive production output.
Certification of the production
The share of the certified products in the 1st quarter of 2006 came to 81,1% from the total production volume.
The following types of production were certified at the republican unitary enterprise "Rechitsa metizny plant":
- Steel welding wire of grades Câ-08, Ñâ-08À (obligatory certification). The Certificate of Conformity No. BY/112 03.1.2.CA 2662 (valid till 29.10.2007). The body of the products certification of the welding production is NIKTI SP with OP (Minsk).
- Fastening goods of the general machine application (obligatory certification in the Russian Federation). The Certificate of Conformity No. POCC BY.Àß04.B13623 (valid till 18.03.2008). The body of Certification is OC "PROMMASH" (Moscow).
- Fastening goods of the general machine application (voluntary certification). The Certificate of Conformity No. BY/112 03.1.1.BH1649 (valid till 18.03.2008). The body of Certification of machine building goods is "INDMASH National Academy of Science of Belarus" (Minsk).
- Nails (voluntary certification). The Certificate of Conformity No. BY/112 03.1.1.BH1674 (valid till 14.06.2009). The body of Certification of machine building goods is "INDMASH National Academy of Science of Belarus" (Minsk).
