| Manufacture of high-tensile fasteners at Rechitsa metizny plant is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of the current year. Modernization of the fasteners producing workshop within the framework of the investment project for the amount of $4,5 million will make it possible to produce fasteners with the strength class 8.8. Here the creation of finished product quality control laboratory is envisaged. The equipment for production of hexagon head bolts according to DIN-EN-ISO 4014 and DIN-EN-ISO 4017 standards and nuts according to DIN-EN-ISO 4032 standard has already been installed and adjusted. At present the adjustment of the hardening equipment is being carried out. Specialists of the Byelorussian steel works had successfully solved the problem of production of special grades steel and consequently now there are no doubts that the domestic high-tensile fasteners will meet the requirements of the world standards. |
