On March 30, 2011 a new and modern hot-dip galvanizing workshop was opened.
The technology of the Italian company GIMECO, which allows to galvanize metal structures of length 12.5 m, width 1.5 m, height 2.5 m, weighing up to 7 tons, was chosen as a basis. and pipe lengths from 4.0 to 8.2 m, diameter from 1/2 "to 4", coating thickness from 30 to 250 microns.
The production process fully complies with the most stringent requirements for the safety of nature and labor, as evidenced by data from systematic monitoring by the organizations that carry out supervision.
Since January 2012, the quality management system for the production of hardware products, rendering services for hot-dip zinc coating on steel pipes and structures complies with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2009.
The zinc coating process includes:
- preliminary chemical treatment (degreasing, washing, etching);
- repeated washing and fluxing (immersion in a solution of salts of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride);
- immersion of products in a zinc melt t ° C = +450;
- cooling, storage and packaging.
The high quality of the zinc coating is in accordance with the European standard and guarantees the operation of the product for up to 50 years.
The price for services for hot galvanizing of metal products is determined on a contractual basis, after the customer provides the product drawings.
To place an order, a preliminary examination of a specific product (thickness of metal, the presence of closed cavities, etc.) is necessary. Below you can get acquainted with the technical requirements for hot-dip galvanizing.
