We are interested in purchasing drawing dies processing equipment.
The equipment shall be suitable for processing drawing dies made from tungsten carbide intended for drawing the wire with a diameter of 1,1 to 11,6 mm:
– equipment for roughing channel of new sintered dies and dies returned from drawing for restoration;
- equipment for polishing the drawing dies channel;
- equipment for monitoring the geometry of the drawing dies channel;
- equipment (ultrasonic baths for washing, etc.).
The required capacity of the equipment shall be 3000 drawing dies per month for single-shift operation.
